PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-Orders are cheaper than in-stock sale!All pre-order pins will need time for about 1-2 months or longer depending on the product and if funded. Since pre-order products need a minimum order of quantity to be produced. Keychains will take about 3-4 weeks. Additionally i will post updates on my social media.PRODUCTS
Each product is LE* 45. Usually i won't restock designs, if there's no interest or sold slowly. (*LE = limited edition)

SHIPPING TIME
In-Stock product orders processing time may range anywhere between 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated, but i work as fast as i can so that your order finds its way to you safely!Germany: 2-5 business days
EU: 3-14 business days
Switzerland & UK: 3-8 business days
United States: 5-40 business days
International: 5-28 business days.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED?
If your order is returned due to an error that is not mine (inaccurate shipping address, package was not picked up, unpaid customs etc.) you may have your order reshipped with updated correct information and a re-shipment fee paid or receive a partial refund of the item not including the shipping fee.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM IMPORT FEE?
Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. I'm not responsive for customs charges or losses that may come from a customer refusing to pay the relevant duty on a purchase. I will usually note your order as a gift.

and i'll will reply as soon as possible.Note that once the order has been processed and shipped, it is out of my control. Please have patience.I accept no refunds since pins are custom handmade items, there is limited stock and i unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or replacements. I do not accept returns. This would be expensive on your side anyway. If it's something, which can be fixed with super glue, then i won't refund. (example: needles on pins)
